On October 25th I drove from Parksville to Aeroline Auto to get an estimate for some work to my truck. Matt was very nice and took a bunch of pictures. Matt mentioned that I would have an estimate emailed to me in a few days. I waited about a week and I did not receive an estimate. I called back and spoke to Brian, he said Matt wanted him to do my estimate, he explained that he was sick the previous week and would have a estimate for me by the end of the day. I waited for  about 4 days, called back Brian said he had  just received the pictures from Matt and I would receive an estimate right away. I waited for a few more day and on November 7th I called. I left a message on the phone. Matt, Josiah and the rest of the aeroline team helped me immensely when my 92 ford pickup was damaged in a hit and run.  They repaired the damage, repaired and replaced some of the rusty fenders, and did a complete paint refresh on the truck. Not only did they do a killer job but they also made the process of doing a complete paint refresh on a vehicle a far less daunting ordeal. Answering all my questions, and helping with all of my trim, rust, and paint descions. All while being very transparent on price and work load. Thank you Aeroline!  The body underside rust repairs to my 1989 240SX are superb.  I appreciated being able to drop by and photograph the work as you progressed so that I could see how you were approaching the restoration, and identifying the full extent of the areas needing repair (driver's footwell, rear wheel arches, frame at front wheel arches, suspension tower tops).  I liked that you explained the process clearly and answered my questions with enthusiasm.  The suspension towers look like new.  I have already recommended your shop to other car enthusiasts with bodywork needs.  I am delighted with the end product and the fact that the rusted areas have been professionally addressed.  I'll be back.

And back I have been, 7 months on, this time for refinishing the hatch. Once again Aeroline demonstrated their attention to detail when they removed the hatch and immediately sent me photos of the front lip that was in need of attention.  The fit and finish of the repainted hatch is excellent.  Repeat business is the highest accolade. I went there to get a quote on the rear bumper replacement as I had bashed it into a tree while reversing. The left side of my car bumper was flapping and Brian gave me a quote of $1600 and asked Josiah to come and have a look . Josiah took out the time to examine and someone managed to fix the flapping part of the bumper back . Not only that he was kind enough to clean that area of the bumper which was taped up to prevent the loose flapping from happening . And guess what , apart from a few minor scratches , that part finally didn’t have to be replaced ! Brian and Josiah saved me $1600, took out their time to fix the flapping bumper back and didn’t even charge me for it ! I was truly touched by this gesture of theirs in-spite of asking Brian to give me a quote for at least fixing the flapping part back, he refused to to take any money . What an honest and dedicated team he has to try and ensure they give you the best quote possible . Aeroline Auto was very accommodating with me after I was in an auto collision. Brian let me me send him pictures of the damages  prior to bringing my car in to see what they could do, and let me bring my car in the same day. Aeroline Team has done a great job on fixing the rust on the door and the bumper cover dents. The price is reasonable. I have had the excellent experience about the services. I really appreciate Brian for being so sincere in explaining what needed to be done and the quotes. Particularly, he has arranged with Budget Rental for me to rent a car to go around because we only have one vehecle. Brian, thank you so much for your support. I would recommend your shop to anyone.
